I am sick and tired of seeing government agencies weaponized and abused into the tools of dictatorship!  On this,  our nation’s birthday,  I call upon all Americans to come together,  and rise up to depose our wannabee-king and all his enabling minions!  Your last chance to do this peacefully at the ballot box is this November!

Recent Messages to Federal Reps

Below is the text of my most recent messages sent to all three of my federal representation.  I rather doubt there can be any uncertainty in any of their minds about where I stand on this administration,  and the threat it poses to all of us Americans. 

I have specifically requested responses for most of these messages.  I have received only a few responses,  mostly from Senator Cruz,  some from Senator Cornyn,  and none at all from Representative Sessions.  None of those responses specifically addressed any of my specific concerns.  These were all quite clearly pre-canned generic responses.

What has become clear to me is that all three have completely sold out to Trump,  just to stay on his good side.   All can see what that got Senator Cornyn. 

Those of you who voted for this administration,  please wake up!  You are about to see our democracy replaced by a Trump dictatorship resembling that of Nazi Germany.  Trump,  and your favored sources of information,  have been lying egregiously to you.

I am sorry that you lost the primary,  and I want to congratulate you on your long service to Texas in the US Senate!  In my opinion,  you lost to a multiple-count criminal who was never actually convicted,  simply and only because as the state Attorney General,  he could misuse the power of his office to avoid going to trial.

You and I have disagreed many times on policies,  but that does not diminish my admiration for your long service!  Perhaps,  now that re-election is no longer an issue,  you might accept the gist of my repeated messages,  suggesting that you should overtly oppose many of the things President Trump has been doing in the White House.

Trump is an actually-convicted criminal,  and a known habitual liar,  and in my estimation,  he is (1) attempting to establish a dictatorship,  (2) he has incompetently started a war he cannot win,  (3) he has committed multiple treasons of the aid and comfort type,  and (4) he has repeatedly abused his office for both personal gain,  and the persecution of those who oppose him!  

We need him,  and all his minions,  out of there!  And I think you probably know that,  too,  deep down somewhere.  Impeachment and conviction would seem to be the only way. 

I would be happy to discuss any of these things further with you at any time.  They are what I have repeatedly messaged you about,  over approximately the last year or so.

Iran war                                                                      300 words

Both Trump’s administration and the Iranians are lying egregiously about what is transpiring with the “peace talks”,  whatever they really are.  But there can be no doubt that Trump lost his Iran war,  and is looking only for a way to “declare victory” and get out.  The nuclear issue is being kicked down the road to be dealt with later,  and it appears doubtful that the Strait of Hormuz will ever be a freely-navigable waterway,  ever again. 

And,  the real rulers of Iran after this war,  have been revealed to be the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps,  whose stranglehold on the country is now far stronger than before the war.  They do not negotiate in good faith,  they cannot,  because they are not in the least “transactional” people.  They are a well-armed terrorist army,  specifically recruited from violent extremists.  They would die to the last man,  rather than negotiate away anything.

This outcome,  the opposite of what was promised,  and the opposite of the treaty Obama obtained (that Trump abrogated),  reveals the total incompetence of Trump and his administration in terms of foreign affairs!  Not to mention the treasons Trump has committed by insulting our allies and effectively destroying our alliances that protected us from our enemies.   Trump and his minions have so very clearly proven that they are incapable of performing their first duty:  to protect and defend this country from its enemies!

I will deal with domestic policy failures in a separate message,  but they are part of this total incompetence picture!

You must act to remove them all from office,  before the damage they do becomes critical,  or even fatal,  for our democracy!  It is called impeachment and conviction.  And the longer you fail to address this,  the more complicit you are in this administration’s crimes and failures!

Domestic travesties                                                   256 words

As my representation,  I want you to vote against the “weaponization” fund,  such that it cannot ever happen!  That is only a slush fund for Trump supporters who got into trouble with the law by being so extreme.  No president should ever have such a thing! 

I want you to vote against any immunity of the Trumps from having their IRS returns audited.  What’s good for the rest of us is good enough for them.  No president or his relatives should ever have such! 

I want you to vote down any order of any type,  that places politicians or political appointees in any final editorial approval position,  for any sort of scientific reports or science project finances.  I am sick and tired of this Trump administration gutting and destroying our science establishment.  No president,  or anybody in any administration,  should ever have such power!  Your job is to see to that!

No living president has ever appeared on US currency of any kind.  Put a stop to the proposed Trump $250 bill!  No other bills or coins,  either.

I do not want my tax dollars spent on Trump’s East Wing ballroom,  or his Arch d’ Trump monument.  Period!  End of issue!  I want you to make sure those travesties do not happen!

We have known about the screw worm fly threat advancing north through Mexico for some time now.  Why are the sterilized flies not already deployed to eradicate it?  Is that not total incompetence on the part of this Trump administration?  DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT!

Iran and Ukraine wars                                              147 words

This may,  or may not,  be a practical suggestion.  There was a laser weapon twice used recently,  in and near El Paso,  in botched attempts to down drug-smuggling drones.  It was my impression that this was a device ready for field tests,  but not yet ready to deploy. 

Why not send a few examples of this laser weapon,  and some field test teams with them,  to Ukraine?  That would be a real field test of such an anti-drone weapon,  and under conditions that are totally realistic!  And without commercial air traffic to endanger. 

If it proves effective and is judged to be about ready to deploy,  then put it immediately to work in both Ukraine and the Persian Gulf region,  shooting down all those Iranian and Russian Shahed-type drones.  And start mass-producing the things!

I see the Europeans are also testing at least one anti-drone laser weapon!

Iran war                                                                     274 words

The charade continues over an end to the Iran war.  Yet again Trump (or a minion) says a deal is near to end the war.  Yet again Iran denies it.  Yet again,  there really is no deal.  When a possible deal is announced,  the stock market goes up.  When that deal outcome proves false,  stocks drop again.  We have seen this pattern multiple times now. 

Why should you,  or I,  or anyone else,  believe a single word from this President,  or any of his minions?   The fact checking shows that essentially every investigated claim that Trump has ever made,  dating back to his first run for office,  is false!  And usually not just a little lie,  but most often a “pants-on-fire” lie.

What I wish you would do is something an ordinary citizen like me cannot do:  investigate stock market activity by Trump and his family and his companies,  during this repeated debacle of “a deal is near” when it is not.  I think you might find that he (they) sell stocks when the market swings up after every “deal” announcement,  and that he (they) buy stocks when the market drops again once the “deal” proves elusive. 

That would be the most egregious insider trading ever seen,  since the market responds to whatever Trump says.  And that is illegal!  Also illegal is profiting off the Presidency,  which this is,  as well!  But he has weaponized the DOJ into being his personal lawyers,  instead of the nation’s lawyers!  Expect nothing from them to correct these illegalities.  You (and your colleagues) are going to have to correct these crimes!  Or else be complicit in them,  too.

Screwworm fly eradication                                        336 words

This is for all 3 of my federal representation.  I write this as an open letter to all 3 of you!

Decades ago,  the screwworm fly was eradicated,  down to a small area on the Isthmus of Panama.  For the last year,  it has been known to be marching north again,  through Mexico.  Now that it has already crossed the border into the US,  eradication preparations are just getting started. 

The time to have attempted eradication was a year ago,  when the area to be treated was quite small.  Now about a quarter of the continent needs treatment,  at a gigantic cost!  This delay was not just stupid,  it was notoriously and egregiously and intolerably stupid! 

I have to ask:  “why the delay until the threat was already here?”  Why did the Trump administration not work out a deal with Mexico about a year ago,  to do the eradications down there,  in far southern Mexico?  That,  instead of pissing the Mexicans off with tariffs,  trade wars,  and a so-obviously-racist “border security” policy? 

So,  I must also ask:  “why were tariffs and trade wars more important to the Trump administration than the safety,  health,  and welfare of the American people?”   Such would be a Constitutional duty of the presidency (and of Congress).  A duty I see left entirely undone,  for only crass politics-playing!

I want you to publicly pose my two questions on the floors of both Houses of Congress,  and I want you personally to go to the White House and ask my questions there!  I want to know the answers you get from the administration,  and I want you to make those answers public!  And I want this done very fast,  well before the midterm election! 

Stupidity and dereliction of duty,  of this apparent magnitude,  simply cannot go unaddressed by the people at the ballot box!  It is quite intolerable in all elected officials!

If you fail to do as I request,  that tells me all that I need to know about you!  Consider that!

Iran war                                                                      449 words

The things to be obtained by war with Iran were (1) a re-opened Strait of Hormuz (but it already was open before the war started,  it was this war that closed it!),  (2) no nuclear weapon for Iran,  (3) an end to Iran’s proxy armies causing death and destruction,  and (4) possibly getting beneficial regime change in Iran.  In point of fact,  the only way to actually prevent an Iranian nuclear weapon,  plus get an end to Iranian proxy terrorist army attacks,  actually is beneficial regime change in Iran! 

That beneficial regime change was NOT achieved!  Indeed,  the bombing turned the Iranian people away from us,  something quite predictable,  making beneficial regime change far less likely,  than it ever was before this war started.

What this war actually achieved is regime change in Iran,  but not in the right (beneficial) direction!  The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps is now the effective ruler of Iran,  and they are a well-armed and funded army of terrorists,  recruited specifically from violent extremists!  These are not transactional people!  So,  you can rule out any effective prohibition on an Iranian nuclear weapon,  and now that they know they can do it,  you will never again see the Strait of Hormuz as a freely-navigable international waterway,  ever again,  for as long as they rule!

The nuclear weapon question is kicked down the road to “negotiate later” in this supposed peace agreement of Trump’s,  which actually means there will be no such prohibition!  Israel and Hezbollah will continue fighting,  which will stop any of that downstream “nuclear negotiation” stuff,  and the Iranian proxy terrorist armies are not even addressed at all,  or else the Israel-Hezbollah thing would not be such a threat to Trump’s entire process.  And it so very clearly is!

What Trump’s “peace process” with Iran really is,  is the terms of US surrender to Iran!  They now have more power over the rest of the world than they did before.  Which inherently means we lost! 

It does not matter what Trump says about this,  it only matters what it really is!  Trump started a war he could not win,  against all contrary advice,  only because he liked Netanyahu,  and Netanyahu wanted to go to war but needed us to help.  Now Trump is desperate to get out of the mess he created,  at any price whatsoever!  Trump just lies to disguise his loss,  and that this leaves us in a far worse position than the one we had under the Obama agreement,  which Trump unilaterally abrogated in his first term.

This kind of totally-failed ,  utterly-incompetent leadership is simply intolerable!  Do your Constitutional duty!  Get him (and all his minions) out of there!  Now!

Clear and present danger                                          209 words

There has been yet another Mideast war (which we seem to have lost),  one that we-the-people did not want!  Trump did that,  while promising he would not!  Because of it,  recession looms,  simultaneous with high inflation,  in part because of the Strait of Hormuz,  but mainly because of all the idiotic trade wars and tariffs.  When he promised prosperity.

And there are all the treasons of the aid and comfort type,  committed by Trump while he has been destroying our alliances,  something that I have repeatedly messaged you about. 

Plus putting public health at risk,  and making health care less accessible. 

Plus muzzling the broadcast media. 

Plus spending my tax dollars to build monuments to himself! 

Plus trying to impose a dictatorship upon us,  complete with what amounts to a secret police force to disappear some (the unfairly demonized immigrants),  and intimidate the rest of us.  About which I have also repeatedly messaged you.

Will you,  or will you not,  do something about this clear and present danger to our democracy,  that is Donald Trump and all his enabling minions?

If you continue to support him,  that tells me everything that I need to know about you,  for your next run for office,  whatever it might be!  Consider that!

Update 6-29-2026:  A slightly cut-down form of the screwworm message of 6-13-2026 just above appeared in the Waco "Trib" this last weekend as a letter to the editor.  

I have seen absolutely nothing since any of these Iran war messages were sent,  to alter my conclusion that Trump screwed up big time starting that war when he could not win it (and everybody but him and his minions knew that).  

The US is now far worse off than it was before he started it,  and way worse off than it was before Trump abrogated the Obama agreement during his first term!   No asymmetric wars can be won by conventional means (something known since Vietnam),  and employing only air attacks achieves nothing useful,  they never have,  (known since WW2).

Both Netanyahu and the IRGC are sabotaging the downstream negotiations regarding nuclear stuff with cease fire violations,  and the IRGC clearly has no intention of ever letting the Strait of Hormuz be a freely-vavigable international waterway,  ever again!

Thank you Donald Trump for screwing over most of the world with your idiotic war of choice!

Are You Not Tired of Criminals In Office?

No political party should ever run convicted (or even un-convicted) criminals as candidates for public office!  We do need laws or a Constitutional amendment to make that a binding requirement on all political parties and independents. 

Here in Texas is our latest choice for a Senator:

Talarico is the Democrat,  considered the “wrong party” by 60+% of the Texas voters.  Paxton is the Republican.  So,  whom do you prefer,  the “wrong party” or the so-evident but still-un-convicted criminal?   

And why is the “wrong party” wrong,  anyway?  Only because the party that runs criminals for office tells you so!  Think about that!  That thought process might make your brain hurt,  because you’ll realize you’ve been lied to and believed the lies,  but think about it anyway!

This criminality-in-office problem is no different for some other national offices.  Look at what that same party offered for president,  for a second time,  in 2024!   And a majority of the electorate was stupid enough to fall for the lies and vote the criminal back into office! 

I worked with classified information decades ago.  Had I done back then,  what Trump did with classified information upon leaving office in 2021,  I would still be in jail today! 

You must ask yourself how did he escape justice?  Because a loyalist he appointed to a federal judgeship during his first term,  ended up as the judge overseeing his classified documents case while Biden was president.  She delayed doing anything about that case,  to repay him,  until after the 2024 election!  Simple as that!  And just as nauseatingly ugly!

That Trump was not already behind bars for this crime,  well before the November 2024 election,  is itself an ongoing crime against America!   In which that loyalist judge is complicit!

And that was not his only crime!  So was inciting this infamous insurrection,  for which the rally on the ellipse was only the “go code”,  for something months in the build-up:

And so also a crime against America is Trump and his enablers trying to change history about that insurrection,  and Trump’s pardoning of those who committed it:

Also a crime is the ongoing killing of drug-smuggling criminals on sight,  instead of bringing them to trial.  Simply calling them “terrorists” does not make criminals into enemy combatants!  Under our laws,  and international law,  the commander-in-chief may only order lethal strikes upon actual enemy combatants!  

How about the 34-count criminal conviction in New York state for mishandling campaign money,  specifically to illegally influence an election?  That last is what raised it to a felony.

Or the civil sexual abuse case decided against him,  for which he has so far avoided paying the victim,  and is now having his weaponized DOJ “investigate” her in revenge?

Or the 13 year old girl he and Jeffrey Epstein raped several years ago?  Trump avoided justice for that crime by settling-out-of-court with her family for $13 million.  Instead,  he should have gone to jail,  forced to register for the rest of his life as a sex offender!  But no!

Or the 6 bankruptcies of record which allowed him to completely stiff all his creditors,  without having to tighten his own belt?  Ordinary folks cannot do that,  but the rich can!

And yet another crime is treason.  Weakening our alliances when our enemies could not do that for themselves,  is nothing short of treason!   “Aid and comfort” type.  Period! 

He did it by angering and alienating our allies,  even threatening war upon two of them over Greenland.  Our allies no longer believe that America would come to their aid if an enemy attacked them,  because of what Trump has said and done.   Every alienated ally is another count of that treason.  Including our non-NATO ally Ukraine,  which he starved of aid while he removed sanctions on Putin’s Russia that attacked and invaded them.  Treason!

So I have to ask,  why should you believe that any of our allies would come to our aid at all,  when they no longer believe we would help them?  That’s what the destruction of our alliances looks like!  Trump himself did that,  no one else did.  Treason!

Trump promised you prosperity,  better health care,  and no more foreign wars.  So,  what did he actually bring you?  Inflation due to tariffs and interruptions of oil shipping.  Inflation of grocery prices due to tariffs and interruptions of shipping.  Higher gasoline,  diesel,  and jet fuel prices due to interruptions of global oil shipments.  Drying-up of health care options.  The Iran war,  after doing a raid on Venezuela,  and now threatening Cuba.  All lies,  as it turned out!  Lies that cost all of you dearly,  right in your pocketbooks!

Do not listen to the lies politicians chronically tell,  especially Trump!   Look only at what they actually do or did!   And what Trump did to you is part of a long pattern:

Now,  you who supported Trump tell me again why the Democrats or third parties are the “wrong party” to vote for!  If you can. 

And you Trump supporters tell me why I am wrong in thinking there is no real Republican party left in America,  only the cult of personality that is the party-of-Trump!  If you can. 

I don’t really think you can!

So,  I think you might ought to consider believing me,  when I tell you that America is rapidly sliding into a fascist dictatorship under Trump,  as the cult figure around which his party-of-Trump is built.  For only one infamous example,  the Nazi party became a cult of personality around Adolf Hitler,  if you’ll recall!  And there have been many,  many others.  

We already have a secret police force mistreating some people (unfairly and incorrectly demonized immigrants,  usually of brown or black skin) and intimidating the rest of us (up to and including killing some US citizens who protest).  You have all seen it on live TV! 

We already have concentration camps in which those abused by that secret police force await their “disappearing”.   With inmates dying of neglect there!  You’ve seen the reports!

Censorship of all information media is largely in place,  or Colbert’s Late Show would still be on CBS,  as only one example,  of several,  that all of us have seen!  Now Scott Pelley!

The government has already been mostly weaponized into tools of persecution for all Trump opponents.  And their persecution has already begun!  As all of us have seen!

The Trump dictatorship in America is almost fully in place!  Compare:  

Your very last chance is to vote out all of Trump’s enablers and followers this November!  You will have to turn out en masse to do that,  in order to overcome the off-year gerrymandering meant to steal that election from you!  Think about THAT! 

And those of you who voted for him before,  are going to have to see through all the lies,  and recognize that he has actually done things which hurt you!  And then vote for somebody else!  Think about THAT!

Fail to turn out the Trump enablers in November 2026,  and there will be no future elections in America that are not rigged shams!  You will no longer be allowed to oppose or protest anything that he does!  Just like the way it is,  in Russia,  North Korea,  China,  Iran,  and many other dictatorships!

If the completion of the imposition of that dictatorship happens,  your only other recourse is armed revolution in the streets!  That would be a total bloodbath,  because he has already cashiered many of the high-ranking military officers who might oppose him.  Those military opponents who are retired,  are being persecuted by his weaponized DOJ or DOD,  as was retired Navy captain Senator Mark Kelly,  for but one example!

And don’t think Trump would not use the military on you in any such revolution!  He has already sent the National Guard to opposition-led cities,  and threatened sending the Marines,  whether requested or not (it was not),  and whether there was a valid reason or not (there was not)!  We all saw it live on TV!  It is but a small step from there,  to lethal military strikes on opposition-led cities!

Don’t ever say that I did not warn you,  either!  Because I just did,  yet again!  Several times now already!  Right here on this site!

Trump China Trip Has Pitfall!

The following is the text of a column that I submitted to the Waco "Trib",  as a member of their board of contributors.  So far they have not chosen to use it.  However,  I thought the content important enough to post here,  so that at least some of the public could read it.  So here it is:

President Trump is a transactional-type person,  and he demonstrably only understands other transactional-type people.  It’s always only about the deals to be made.  Which in part explains the raid into Venezuela,  and the start of war with Iran:  those on the other sides would not make any sort of deal with him,  and that angered him into impulsive actions. 

It also explains why the Iran war has dragged on without any resolution.  Those left in charge on the other side are mostly just the terrorist army (Revolutionary Guard),  who are anything but transactional.  For them,  there is no deal to be made.  They either stay in charge and inflict whatever harm they can on the rest of the world,  or they die. 

President Trump went to China to make trade deals.  That’s why he took American billionaires with him.  However,  China’s dictatorial leader Xi is a strategic thinker as well as transactional!  Trump is not a strategic thinker,  as his foreign affairs actions have proved. 

Xi wants the US to stop supporting Taiwan,  so that mainland China can take it over.  He is counting on Trump to abandon defense of Taiwan,  in order to get some sort of trade deal.

Xi is also very deceptive:  the public excuse here is that Taiwan is historically part of China,  and they “just want their territory back”.  That same excuse has been used by Xi’s predecessors all the way back to Mao Tse Tung. 

But in today’s world that excuse is simply no longer true:  if simple territory were the goal,  a massive military strike-from-a-distance,  conventional or nuclear,  would depopulate the island,  and they could just walk ashore and occupy it.  They have not already done that.  So,  today,  it is so very clearly not just about the territory!

Taiwan has over 90% of the entire world’s manufacturing industry for computer chips and electronic devices.  That is a huge industry,  worth hundreds of billions of dollars,  if not trillions!   That industry is what Xi in China wants,  not the island and its people.  And that is why they have not already launched an invasion.  They would have to defeat an armed Taiwan,  supported by the US to help with its defense,  but they must accomplish that without destroying that industry! 

If Xi’s China possessed that industry,  it would essentially be a monopoly supplier of chips and electronics devices to the rest of the world!  It could extort anything it wanted from everyone else!  Gaining that ability to extort whatever he wants,  is Xi’s strategic goal here. 

A weakened Taiwan without US support makes that possible!  And in Xi’s own words,  his military is to be ready to do that,  starting in 2027.

Xi also knows that Trump is a transactional thinker,  but not a strategic thinker!  He intends for Trump to offer abandoning the defense of Taiwan,  in order to get the trade deals he wants.  The odds actually favor Xi getting that outcome,  and he knows it!  Such is based on the past un-strategic things Trump has done:  stopping support for Ukraine against Putin’s Russia,  and alienating our European allies.

Trump simply cannot see past the immediate trade deal!  He cares not about the consequences for the US and the world,  should China acquire what would be essentially monopoly control over the availability of electronic chips and devices to the rest of the entire world,  including the US.  Which would be an economic catastrophe unlike any other!

Trump has more-than-amply demonstrated his lack of strategic thinking ability,  by not caring (and he said so,  publicly!) about the still-unfolding but horrific consequences of the current oil shortages upon everybody’s economies,  including the US.  Those are traceable directly to the interruption of about 20% of the world’s oil supply through the Strait of Hormuz,  due to his war.  That strait was open,  before he started that war!

So now you understand what the true looming pitfall is here,  with Trump’s trip to China along with the billionaires.  He is about to “give away the store” to Xi!  If that fails to happen on this trip,  it will still happen soon. 

And you,  not Trump,  will have to pay for it!  He’s too old and too rich to suffer any of the consequences.  Consequences that all of you and your children will have to bear,  for the rest of your lives!

I want to take you one step further now.

You readers out there need to ask yourselves a critical question.  Is not weakening and destroying our alliances against our enemies treason of the aid and comfort type,  when those enemies could not do it for themselves?  

Your answer should help guide your vote in November,  despite the gross, blatant attempts to steal that election,  by gerrymandering.  Massive turnout might still overcome that.  But if it does not,  I predict you will never see another national election that is not a sham in a dictatorship imposed upon you.  And the secret terror-police force for it,  is already in place.   

Remember,  your Representatives must impeach,  and your Senators must convict,  to address that treason,  since the Supreme Court gave Trump immunity from prosecution,  for any crimes that he commits while he is in the White House!  Impeachment requires only a simple House majority,  but conviction requires a 2/3 majority in the Senate!  

Trump has already weaponized the Department of Justice into being his personal law outfit.  We have all already seen it.  No help there!

As for the candidates you might vote for,  do not listen to what they say!  Words are cheap,  and political words are usually lies.  Look only at what they have already done!  That is the only reliable guide as to what they might yet do.

If you find your present officials,  or your usual candidates lacking,  then vote for somebody else.  Anybody else!  You could not do worse,  but you might do better!

Trump the Incompetent Liar

 I originally wrote this as a column and submitted it to the Waco "Trib" newspaper almost a week ago.  They have so far not chosen to use it.  So I have posted it here.

Trump lied about the economy.  He actually inherited a recovering economy with low inflation,  and then damaged it severely with his tariffs and trade wars.  Further,  you are now facing simultaneous global recession and out-of-control inflation,  because of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz. 

Trump lied about tax cuts.  You got a small one (if any at all),  while his billionaire and corporate cronies got billions!  So,  the national debt is going completely out of control,  especially with high inflation driving up interest rates.  The interest on the debt now dominates the annual “budget”.  Which proper budgets Trump’s enablers in Congress repeatedly refuse to pass.

Trump lied about immigrants!  Most of them,  including most that are here illegally,  are more law-abiding and honestly tax-paying,  than the bulk of you readers out there!   So say the crime statistics!   And those same people are integral to our economy.  They harvest your food,  build your homes,  mow your lawns,  and serve as housekeepers.  And more!

Yet Trump’s lies about how evil all immigrants are,  have been the “justification” to weaponize ICE and CBP into something to abuse and “disappear” people that he does not like,  while trying to intimidate the rest of us into submission!  That is the very definition of a dictatorship’s secret police force!  And while you may have voted for Trump,  you did NOT vote for that!

Trump has lied about everything since the start of his Iran war,  including especially the “why”,  and the “why now”.  The experts dispute quite strongly that the Iranians were anywhere near ready to build a nuclear bomb.  Trump was frustrated because he couldn’t get a deal about the enriched uranium (after he himself scrapped the one we had before).  Then Netanyahu walked up wanting to start a war,  because of Iran’s proxy Hezbollah. 

Trump lied about how thoroughly we destroyed Iranian military capabilities.  Those lies are painfully evident.  While reduced in numbers,  Iran can still strike targets all over the region,  and ships in the Strait of Hormuz!  Which was open until Trump started his Iran war!  And now,  we have mostly run out of interceptors,  so those fewer Iranian weapons get through!

Trump has been lying about the progress of the peace negotiations with Iran!  Evidently,  he did not even know who he was really dealing with!  Or why the things he thinks he obtains during these talks,  repeatedly get quickly taken away. 

Those Iranian officials at the table in Islamabad are NOT the de-facto rulers of Iran now,  the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is!  The IRGC is a huge,  well-armed,  terrorist army of violent extremists,  recruited specifically because they are violent extremists!  They would die to the last man,  before stopping the use of the other proxy terrorist armies (Hamas,  Hezbollah,  the Houthis,  and many more),  before giving up their enriched uranium for their terrorist bomb,  or before opening that Strait!

Trump simply does not understand non-transactional people like that,  not at all!  And he (and Netanyahu) actually made the IRGC the de-facto rulers of Iran,  by killing off most of the clerics and many of the regular government officials,  in the first few days of this war! 

Further,  by bombing civilian areas,  Trump has essentially united the people of Iran against us,  instead of helping them to overthrow their regime.  Regime change is actually the only way to get what we’d like to have from Iran!  It is now out of reach!

It appears to me that Trump started this Iran war because he could not get the then-ruling clerics in Iran to deal transactionally with him.  Just like Maduro in Venezuela.  And soon Cuba,  if and when Trump gets clear of his Iran debacle! 

In order to get clear,  Trump must now commit war crimes by deliberately bombing civilians and their infrastructure,  all across the country!  All the aboveground military targets actually have been destroyed,  although clearly many remain,  deep underground! 

You who voted for him,  you did NOT vote for American war crimes!  America’s name is now mud around the world,  because of the stupid things Trump has done,  including to our allies!  They no longer trust us at all,  and justifiably so,  nor do they even want to trade with us,  anymore!  And one of them,  Ukraine,  has developed a cheap,  mass-produced anti-drone drone,  that we do not have!  In 20-20 hindsight,  Trump’s mistreatment of Zelenskyy,  and starving Ukraine of assistance against Putin’s invasion,  looks very stupid indeed!

There is absolutely no excuse for that level of lying,  that much chaos,  and that egregious level of incompetence,  which we have seen out of Trump and nearly every appointed figure in his entire administration!  And all of you readers bloody well know that what I said is true!

Now,  readers,  please go out and do your job as proper citizens in November!  Vote all of Trump’s enablers out,  so that we can get rid of all this chaos and incompetence before it destroys us,  and get back to being a responsible world power.  With a decent economy.  But without almost-a-king!

This drone is actually cheaper to build than the Iranian "Shahed" drones that it can destroy.  The Ukrainians developed this on their own,  faced with chronic mass "Shahed" drone attacks from Russia.   The Iranians have been supplying Russia with those "Shahed" drones for some time now.

Those who know me,  know that I consider what Trump has done to our alliances and our allies,  to be treason of the aid and comfort type.  The most egregious case has been trying to ram Russia's terms down Ukraine's throat,  in his so-called "peace process" negotiations.  But every alienated ally is another count of that treason.  

Those who know me also know that I consider Trump's egregious and infamous executive over-reach to be really the attempted establishment of a Trump dictatorship over us.  He is doing that so that he won't have to leave office until he dies.  That would leave us with a whole series of Trump-wannabees as dictators over us.  I estimate that imposition to be about 70% complete now.

The weaponization of ICE and CBP into a secret police force that "disappears" some of us,  and intimidates the rest of us,  is a piece of that dictatorship.  As are the "detention centers" which are really concentration camps for those waiting to be "disappeared".  As is the identification and vilification of some group,  as the enemy to be "disappeared" (in Trump's case,  immigrants).  All such are features of all dictatorships.  

Do not listen to the words,  from anybody!  Look only at the events and actions!  They verify everything that I have claimed.

Do Something About Trump and His Iran War

The following is the latest message that I sent to Sen. Cornyn,  Sen. Cruz,  and Rep. Sessions,  my federal representation in Congress,  with my "take" on things afterwards.  I have seen ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from any of them that even suggests they might do something about wannabee dictator (and multiple treason-committer) Trump!  Which means they have LOST MY VOTE!  Period!  End of issue!  ANYBODY ELSE would do a better job for me!

Dictatorship, treason,  incompetence          366 words

I wish to call your attention to two things recently published.  One is the op-ed column by Anne Applebaum,  that appeared in today’s (Tuesday 3-24-2026) Waco Tribune-Herald,  distributed by Tribune Content Agency.  The other is an opinion piece I published 3-20-2026 and updated 3-24-2026 at http://exrocketman.blogspot.com under the title “Just So You Know … ”,  on the conduct of the current war in Iran.  Both point to the extreme incompetence of President Trump,  regarding international affairs and the conduct of wars.  THAT INCOMPETENCE IS ENDANGERING THIS NATION!

I have previously messaged you repeatedly about the dictatorship this man is trying to impose upon us,  by consolidating all power into the Executive,  and weaponizing its agencies with sycophants who will do anything he asks,  no matter how wrong.

I have also previously messaged you repeatedly about how Trump has consistently angered and alienated our allies,  and even betrayed one (Ukraine) directly to an enemy (Putin’s Russia).  Weakening and damaging our alliances is quite simply treason of the aid and comfort type.

Now Trump has gotten us into another asymmetric “forever” war in the Middle East,  and is searching for a way out,  complaining that our allies won’t help him.  He is incompetent to understand why they do not want to help him,  when he has abused and angered them,  and they had no part in the decision to start this war!  I do not see him even attempting to do the real regime change that would actually end the terrorist threats from Iran.  Events very strongly suggest that he will “declare victory” and leave,  with the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (a terrorist army) still in power.  Which is really LOSING this war!

What will it take for you to stand up and do what you swore to do,  when you took your oath of office?   Impeach and remove this man for (1) rampant abuse of the powers of his office,  (2) multiple treasons of the aid and comfort type,  (3)  starting a war with another country outside any reasonable interpretation of any Congressional war powers delegation,  and (4) being far too incompetent to actually finish that war successfully.

Fulfill your oath of office!  Do your sworn job!

Now bear in mind that continuing to bomb civilian infrastructure in Iran does NOT harm the Revolutionary Guard (IRGC),  it only harms civilians who were once our friends!  The IRGC is still running the same dictatorship.  They take what they need,  and the population they oppress is left to its own devices to survive.  That is,  when the IRGC is not killing all the opposition it can identify.  

Trump and Hegseth may have killed some (or possibly most) of the mullahs that were the Iranian regime,  in concert with the IRGC that kept them in power.  But while the mullahs are now mostly gone,  the IRGC is still there,  mostly undamaged,  and as terroristically-focused as ever!  They ARE the regime now!  And they will continue to do the same evils they have done for 47 years,  unless essentially destroyed to the last man!  That is simply the nature of terrorist organizations.  

There are only 3 options here:  (1) continue fighting an expensive "forever Mideast war" with NO resolution,  (2) actually topple the terrorist regime,  or (3) LOSE THE WAR by leaving the IRGC in power,  no matter what else might obtain!  

Any "negotiations" that Trump points to (and Iran denies) are part of option 3,  losing the war!  In other words,  Trump is lying to you!  He is trying to get out of this war he started (probably illegally),  and without any help from our NATO allies that he has alienated,  angered,  and even made threats against.  And he is simply too incompetent to understand why they won't help him!

Actually toppling the terrorist regime would require a WW2 "D-Day"-size invasion of around half a million men,  to sweep the entire country and ferret-out from their hidey-holes,  all of the IRGC!  50-60,000 troops is SIMPLY NOT ADEQUATE to do that!  PERIOD!  Which is why all prior administrations in this country,  and all the other countries,  have not attempted regime change in Iran,  in 47 years now!  But Trump did!  He encouraged an uprising at the start of this,  but HAS NOT FOLLOWED THROUGH and aided anybody!

PLEASE quit believing what this totally-incompetent liar tells you!  Stop voting for him,  and all those who support him!  

Stop before it is too late!

Just So You Know ...

The following is a column that I submitted to the Waco “Tribune-Herald” on Friday 3-20-2026.  They haven’t had time yet to use it or not,  but I thought it too important not to post here on “exrocketman".  Just as it was submitted.  Update 3-24-2026:  so far they have not used it.

We are in another Mideast war,  one that could drag on “forever” like the others,  despite what the President and his administration figures claim,  and violating an election promise he made!  3 weeks in,  we have yet to see a coherent explanation from your President,  or ANY of his administration figures,  as to (1) “why start this war?”  and (2) “why start it right now?”

Fuel prices are already rising sharply because of this war.  In large part,  fuel prices ultimately determine the prices of almost anything you can name,  because they power both the transportation and the production of almost everything!  Every single oil price shock during my entire life has precipitated a recession at one level or another,  and inflation!  To get elected,  your President promised you affordability.  He lied!

Trump and Hegseth told you they knocked out Iran’s military and killed at least some of the ruling ayatollahs,  in the first few days of this war,  plus destroying all the ballistic missile launchers,  and the factories where the infamous Shahed drones are made.  That claim may be true,  but they lied by omission! 

They said NOTHING about Iran’s Revolutionary Guard,  the private terrorist army that kept those ayatollahs in power!  And it is the Revolutionary Guard that still rules Iran,  oppressing its people,  and flinging drones and missiles all over the region!  Their drone attacks and threats of mines are why both oil and cargo shipping are blocked from going through the Strait of Hormuz.  

The Revolutionary Guard has possession of the underground-hidden,  already-enriched,  uranium!  They have the missiles and drones,  and are still flinging a lot of them!  They have no thoughtful governance anymore,  just their own terrorist proclivities!  They literally ARE the evil regime that still rules Iran!

And until they are destroyed utterly,  (1) there is no end to their ambitions for nuclear weapons!  (2) There is no end to their subsidiary terrorist operations (Hamas,  Hezbollah,  the Houthis,  etc.) that have killed our people and our friends for 47 years now!  (3) There is no end to their threat to the entire world’s economies by closing the Strait of Hormuz!  (4) There is no end to their sworn objective of wiping Israel off the face of the Earth!  (5) There is no end to their oppression of the totally-unarmed and unorganized Iranian people,  who were once our friends!  

There is no credible hope of an uprising toppling the Revolutionary Guard,  despite what Trump said.  He lied!

There is only one acceptable outcome to this war,  which would address all five evils listed in the paragraph just above:  real regime change in Iran!  That requires a truly massive ground invasion that not only drives the Revolutionary Guard from power,  but also utterly destroys it,  essentially to the last man!  And THAT unpalatable prospect is EXACTLY WHY no prior administration in this country,  or any other country,  has attempted real regime change in Iran for 47 years now!

By starting this Iran war,  apparently without thinking it through properly,  Trump has put us into a far worse position than ever before!  We now have a “forever war” with lots of casualties and expense,  or a regime-change operation on the scale of the D-Day invasion in World War 2,  or else just lose this war by leaving the Revolutionary Guard in power!  If that last is chosen,  then eventually we will see a nuclear truck bomb used over here,  in revenge for our attack! 

One can argue about how legal it was for Trump to start this war without consulting Congress for authorization.  It is only my opinion that the war powers delegation act does not authorize direct attacks upon another country,  whether it has a terrorist regime or not,  only upon any terrorist armies they may harbor. 

Either way,  a President starting a war without proper authorization is abuse of power and an impeachable offense!  I have repeatedly informed my federal representation of this.

Trump has (too late) realized at least some of his mistake,  and is very clearly now searching for an off-ramp to “declare victory” and get out,  without losing his Congressional majorities in the 2026 mid-term elections!  But to do that,  he must quickly get the Strait of Hormuz open to commercial shipping again!  He needs help to do that!

So why is Trump surprised and frustrated that our allies are unwilling to get into a war they did not start,  and with which they had no part in the decision?  With a country that did NOT attack us first?  And after a year of being insulted,  angered,  and alienated by Trump!  (Not to mention being insulted and angered by Trump during his first term.)

I have repeatedly posed that question to my federal representation,  along with the arguably-true notion that weakening our alliances by alienating our allies,  is treason of the “aid and comfort” type!  That also is an impeachable offense!

All I can suggest is that you readers need to be doing the same thing I have been doing:  repeatedly messaging your federal representation!  Let them know how much you dislike what is going on,  and demand they correct it!  If they do not,  you then know “for sure” that you need somebody else as your representation.  Anybody else!  I do not think you could do worse than what you have now,  in the White House,  and in Congress!

Update 3-24-2026:  The figure is a sort of summary of what this war is fundamentally all about.  Iran had a sham democracy in which the mullahs (well-known as religious extremists) could over-ride any decision made by any elected person.  They were supported by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC),  essentially a private terroristic army of extremists.  

This was a dictatorship of those mullahs and that army of terrorists acting together,  oppressing an unarmed and unorganized population,  and doing the 5 listed evils in the figure for 47 years now.  The only sure cure for those evils is regime change.

What we have done with the recent war is kill some of the mullahs,  but the IRGC is still in place,  in control,  and effectively they ARE the regime now!  And they demonstrably still have some missiles,  and a lot of drones,  and they are still waging asymmetric warfare with those weapons,  plus the economic war of a closed Strait of Hormuz.

There are three (and only three choices) available to us now,  listed in the figure.  I see no other possible options.

That last choice is really LOSING the war,  just like it says!  Why?  Because the IRGC terrorists stay in power!  Which means they will eventually create an atom bomb with their enriched uranium,  and they will sneak it into the US as a truck bomb (or similar),  for revenge!  And they will still try to create death and destruction as far as they can reach,  for as long as they exist! 

Now look at what is currently going on with Trump saying they are negotiating,  and the IRGC denying it!  Choices 1 or 2 look to be off the table.  That means Trump is really just trying to do choice 3 in some “face-saving way”!  Which means despite the claims of victory,  he LOSES the war and goes home,  leaving the problem to others in the future!

I see no other interpretation here!
